Ninety seats, a full kitchen, a real bar, dinner and weekend brunch… the restaurant we've been working toward since we started cooking out of a food truck. We've found our space in downtown Jasper, signed our lease, and we're building it out now.
Here’s the honest part: opening a restaurant is hard.
The margins are thin, the startup costs are real, and doing it right with fair wages, quality ingredients, a space people will still want to be in twenty years from now, takes real capital and real community behind you from day one. We're not interested in cutting corners. We want to build something Jasper will be proud of for decades to come.

Every member gets their name engraved on a handcrafted wooden hex tile that makes up the Founder’s Wall. This art installation is inspired by the basalt columns of the Giant’s Causeway on the coast of Northern Ireland, where Barry grew up, and built in wood because this is Jasper and that felt exactly right. Your name, on the walls, for good.
Your support directly funds our buildout. It helps us buy the right equipment, pay our team fairly from the start, and open without scrambling.
